In this project knowledge will be exchanged between VET and VET related organizations in order to use a framework of new skills related to efficiency buildings in 16 topics :
REGULATORY TRAINING PROGRAMME, BUILDING INSULATION TRAINING, BUILDING TIGHTNESS TRAINING, THERMAL INSULATION TRAINING , BUILDING ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS TRAINING, MICRO CHP, THERMAL SOLAR ENERGY, SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC, HEAT PUMP, MECHANICAL VENTILATION CONTROL, ENERGY SAVINGS PERFORMANCE CONTRACT, LIGHTING, ENERGY MANAGEMENT, THE ARCHITECTURE OF BUILDINGS, WIND PROOFING, SIMULATION AND THERMIC BEHAVIOUR OF A BUILDING.
The aim is to develop one framework where all the requirements of the different professions ont this field are subscribed, taking into account the EPBD content. This European structure will become the basis for the educational training centres and give the teachers and trainers of VET systems the chance to be up to date with their training materials. That means not only the teachers will be well up in that matter also students will be more prepared for the labour market.
Within the professional structure the aim is to identify the skills and competences of the supervisor responsible for the proper execution of the work taking into account the overall requirements of building energy efficiency as well as equipment installers.
Furthermore, the project will allow the partners to exchange knowledge regarding innovative training in the efficiency building field, in order to offer up-to-date trainings in this area. To be able to do this, a digital database will be constructed with adapted and upgraded, up-to-date lesson, teaching and training materials. This way the structural exchange of innovation for the application of skills and techniques will be ensured.
The long term objective of this project is to ensure that all professionals and students have good access to up-to-date lesson, training and teaching materials, methods and approaches, focused both on theory and practice. Furthermore, these materials, methods and approaches are transparent and applicable throughout the EU.”
